Cardamom oil is a spice oil which can be used for its aromatic and therapeutic properties. Obtained from the cardamom seeds through steam distillation process, this clear, thin oil has a spicy-sweet middle note. It can be blended with other oils in the spice oil, wood oil and citrus oil family. People can use cardamom oil for aromatherapy as it can energize and uplift the mood.
